Shipping Costs
- Free shipping in metropolitan France for purchases over €100.
- For any order below this amount, shipping costs are calculated when you validate your order.
For deliveries outside metropolitan France, transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the order amount.
For any delivery made outside the European Union, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by the authorities of the destination country. These fees cannot under any circumstances be covered by Lumière Rose.
Orders are shipped to the address provided during the validation of your purchase, after payment confirmation.
In case of any anomaly observed upon receipt of your package (damaged package, missing or damaged item), we invite you to contact us as soon as possible, attaching, if possible, photographs of the package and the products concerned.
Lumière Rose cannot be held responsible for delivery delays linked to the carrier, customs formalities, or any event beyond our control (force majeure, logistical disruptions, strikes, etc.).
Each piece of jewelry is prepared with the greatest care to guarantee impeccable quality before shipping.
Returns
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return Conditions
Jewelry must be:
- returned in their original condition, unworn and unused;
- returned in their original case and packaging;
- accompanied by all accessories received.
Any product that does not comply with these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

After verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days, via the payment method used during the order.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the receipt of the order, subject to availability.

- Indicate your order number and the desired exchange item
- Submit a return request via your order history
- Once the returned product has been validated, the new item will be shipped within 2 to 4 working days, subject to availability
- The return slip must imperatively be attached to the returned package

Our jewelry undergoes quality control before shipping. However, its lifespan also depends on the conditions of use, storage, and maintenance.
Consequently, Lumière Rose cannot be held responsible for deterioration, breakage, premature wear, oxidation, discoloration, or any other damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, shock, excessive pulling, or exposure to water, chemicals, or any other aggressive substance.
Any defect resulting from use not conforming to the maintenance recommendations cannot give rise to an exchange, refund, or coverage under warranty.
